We recently completed the branding for “The Off Plan Investment Company Limited” who select Off Plan projects in beautiful destinations within emerging markets, such as Cape Verde and the Caribbean.
The properties are only chosen if they can provide a great investment with attractive capital growth and outstanding rental returns.
Our aim was to portray a safe, dependable, professional yet glamorous business to help reassure but also excite potential investors.The new logo has been well received and has been rolled out across the full range of stationery as well as a soon to be launched website.
