In my own words:
Background: Left school at 16 and spent 2 years learning to be a graphic designer at college. Next 4 years at cgi design studio realising how little I’d learnt, followed by 3 years design team management. After 7 years left small design company and joined large design company for 2 years as creative manager. Set up studiodm in 1991 and been building ever since
Day to day: I take the creative lead on projects which is something I still love. I enjoy the challenge of working with different people (clients, designers, writers, 3d gurus) and in different media (print, web, interactive, film) to achieve something special.
